For body shops on CCC ONE

The estimates you never hear back from get a text.

RepairReply reads the estimates you already write in CCC ONE, texts the customers who went quiet, and brings their replies to one inbox you can answer from your phone. From your shop's number, in your words.

30 days free. 30 minutes to set up. Nothing changes about how you write estimates.

What happens after an estimate

A week of follow-up, done the way you'd do it if you had the time.

Every text goes out between 10 and 12 or 2 and 4, never on a Sunday, never late at night. If the customer books, cancels or replies, the sequence stops on its own.

A customer conversation on a phone

Replies come to you, not to a dashboard you forget to check.

Every reply lands in one inbox with the car and the estimate attached. Answer from your phone in the shop's name. Book the appointment from inside the thread.

Insights keeps score: estimates, texted, replied, booked, closed, dollars. And the list that matters on a Monday morning: replied, but not booked yet.

Where it fits

It sits next to CCC ONE. It doesn't replace anything.

What RepairReply does

  • Reads the estimates you already write. From the EMS export CCC ONE can already produce, on the desktop or cccone.com.
  • Chases the ones that went quiet. Timed texts to customers who have not booked, in your words.
  • Gives you an inbox you can answer. On your phone, with the estimate attached.
  • Shows what it earned. Hourly, from your own repair data.

What it leaves alone

  • Your estimating. Same CCC ONE, same workflow, same screens.
  • Your DRP and insurer connections. Nothing touches the files you share with insurers.
  • Repair status updates. If you use CCC's status texting, keep it. RepairReply is about the estimates that never became repairs.
  • Your data. It stays in your own database. Only Twilio and Google ever see a message, under your accounts.

Start 30 days free

Why 30 days free. The first month's funnel shows you, in your own numbers, how many quiet estimates turned into conversations and how many of those turned into repairs. Decide after that.

What it's worth. At the first shop the average repair closed after a text was about $2,500. Three of those pay for a year.

No card to start. We set up the number and templates with you first. Billing starts only if you keep it.

Questions shops ask

Straight answers.

Do I have to change how I write estimates?

No. CCC ONE keeps working exactly as it does now. RepairReply reads the EMS file it already saves. If you are on cccone.com, the same export exists there.

Will customers get texts for jobs I already approved or cancelled?

No. The sequence stops when a job is booked, cancelled, or when the customer replies. A text that is more than two days overdue is dropped, never sent late.

Whose number do the texts come from?

Yours. We register a local number to your shop's name through Twilio. Replies to that number come to your inbox and, if you want, forward to your cell.

Can I keep sending texts myself?

Yes. Leave auto-send off and every text waits for you to tap Send. Many shops run it that way for the first few weeks, then switch it on.

What about CCC Secure Share?

EMS export works today on both CCC ONE desktop and cccone.com. A Secure Share connection is on the roadmap so shops can switch as CCC rolls it out, with no change on your side.

Where does my customer data live?

In a database that belongs to your shop. Nothing is pooled across shops, and nothing is sold. Only Twilio (to send texts) and Google (if you connect your calendar) ever see a message, through your own accounts.
